GAH! Finally, I'm able to update with my big secret update! :] I have been working on this layout since, oh, maybe end of May/beginning of June. It's been slow but I managed to finish it off and find the motivation to switch everything. It's hard work changing a layout, you know. So, this layout features Bamboo. Yup. Very Asian of me. The bamboo was vectored by me and brushes made by me. I'm getting good at this no-third-party stuff now.

Along with my awesome update, I have added a super batch of avatars. (For my standards...) A grand total of 4 100x100 Avatars were added. xP I like the lot very much. All of the pictures feature photos taken by me on my adventures in Colorado. Enjoy.

A few of the pages have been updated with the layout change. "Domain" has a new section for Past Layouts plus a more updated description. I also updated the webmistress and credits pages. I was also thinking of pruning out some older graphics, seeing as my skill has improved some. (Probably not layouts, though.) I'll keep you posted if I'm going to remove anything.

I believe that is all the news I have for now. I have many wonderful photos from Colorado that I hope to utilize in some layouts but I won't guarantee anything. My inspiration is a very moody thing. Well, until next time!

Edit: (7/7/07) Sorry for the downtime. There was a glitch in the renewal of my domain name. Everything should be as good as new. I'm preparing my big update. It's almost complete... Sort of. Hopefully you'll hear from me soon! >:o

So, I have returned later than I expected. Not a surprise. My life seemed to speed up over the past week. School has ended and I have a small update for you before I leave again. I, unfortunately, was not able to finish my big update. I am still working on it though. No worries. I won't be able to work on anything for a week starting tomorrow because I'll be in Colorado visiting family. That goes for emails too. I will respond after I return. I was able to squeak out some graphics.

I added 2 100x100 avatars. Both use no third party resources! Whoo! The first one is a picture of the ocean that I took when I went to the beach last year. The words are from the song Seaside by The Kooks. Awesome band, by the way. The second one is just called black canvas. It has the checkered background of a blank canvas in Photoshop for those of you who don't know what that looks like. It's suppose to symbolize starting anew.

Secondly, I added 1 PNG. It features art from Flamboyant Artbook. Very pretty.

An-nd, drumroll... Illumination is proud to welcome its second affiliate, Joo Young of Yoko Cafe. Her works are unique and high quality. I encourage you to give her a visit!

Well, that's all the news I have now. Hopefully I'll be able to update more now that school's out. There's quite a number of things I wish to do over the summer with this site and my future hopes for my blog/portfolio. Until then!

Yup. You guessed it. End of the year testing is coming up for me. I have an AP exam next week, then state testing, and then finals. This update unfortunately isn't an update. I just wanted to alert you to this and say that I am working on something for the site. I mentioned it in my last update if you wish to speculate. I also tried out for the school play which will take some more of my busy schedule. So, don't expect me to update update until either later in May or early June. I'll try my hardest to work when I have time and energy. (The two don't overlap often. ^^;) Thanks for your patience and don't forget to visit my awesome affiliate Chie!
